How to Return an Item

Pack Your Item: Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
Shipping the Item Back: For defective or incorrect items, we will send you a prepaid return label. For other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
Refunds
Once your return is processed and the item is inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Amount: The refund will cover the cost of the product, excluding shipping charges. If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will also refund the return shipping fee.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order. This ensures you get the product you want without delay.
Warranty Claims

International Returns
